I wonder often who I am What purpose serve I, in this living land? So I have listened on for days The birdsong speaks in many ways
It speaks to truths, ne’er heard nor known Truths of iron, flesh, and bone Truths beyond the mortal clan Beyond the short death march of man
Truths we cannot comprehend The truths we’ll find, upon life’s end In deaths sweet sorrow, answers lie

Hollow laughter.
Blackened hearts and blinded eyes. Calloused fingers Shadow lingers. Relentlessly the darkness rising The hell of fire hypnotizing.
Show me the end The conclusion of fate Sharpened blades cut out the cancer. Run, take me away From the shadows inside. Nowhere to hide.
